What do i need to know

What do i need to know

It is mandatory to have the following documents with you upon arrival at the dropzone and to present them to TNT Brothers staff upon request:

  • Valid Skydiving License – If you hold a foreign license (USPA, BPA, FPA, etc.), please refer to the next section.
  • Logbook
  • Aviation Medical Certificate – Not required if you hold a foreign license.
  • ID Document – National ID card or Passport.
  • Parachute Documentation – Main canopy airworthiness certificate, reserve canopy airworthiness certificate, container approval, AAD documentation. If you are not used to skydiving in Romania and do not have these documents, please refer to the next section.

All documents must be presented in their original physical format and must be valid at the time of arrival.

Before boarding/jumping, all participants are required to read and sign the briefing in accordance with the dropzone regulations.

FOREIGN SKYDIVING LICENSE – Before registration, an authorized person must complete the license recognition process. The process will take place on the dropzone. You will need:
• Original physical license – For USPA License you will not need the original license.
• ID document – National ID card or Passport

PARACHUTE WITHOUT AIRWORTHINESS DOCUMENTATION IN ROMANIA – The parachute validation process is mandatory for any person who intends to skydive in Romania and does not hold Romanian documentation for their equipment.
This process must be initiated at least 3 working days prior to arrival at the dropzone to ensure that all necessary approvals can be obtained from the Romanian authorities.

Failure to complete this process in advance may result in being unable to use your own skydiving equipment in Romania.
All required steps are presented in the document below.

PARACHUTE VALIDATION

Parachutes: Don’t have your own rig? We’ve got you covered – you can rent one from us. We offer sizes ranging from 150 sqf to 290 sqf, all professionally maintained and packed with care.

What else can you rent from us? Helmet, altimeter, goggles, jumpsuit.
